Returns Policy

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. No refunds or exchanges are possible for customised products.

Please try the product on, or assess its suitability, before removing any tags or labels. Returned products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original packaging. 

If your return does not comply with our return policy, it will not be possible to accept it and we will send the items back to you with no credit.

The cost of returning the product(s) to us, whether by courier or postal service, is the sole responsibility of the customer. However, we will pay to ship the replacement product(s) to you; conditional on your return arriving with us and meeting the conditions of our return policy.
